What is the cut off for a claim to appear on this week's invoice?

Any claims closed before 12pm on Thursdays will be reviewed by our team and, if there are no outstanding queries, will be invoiced on Fridays.

If there is an outstanding query then the visit will not appear on your invoice that week and will be invoiced the Friday after the query has been resolved. We will make proactive contact with you on any claims closed by 12pm Thursdays that will not be invoiced on the Friday.
