What checks do you complete on invoices?

Our expert team check for the following:

• The labour and parts authorisation process has been correctly followed
• Time on site - as we expect to be invoiced fairly for the actual time the visit was completed in (to the nearest 30 minutes). This may be less than what was authorised.
• Parts costs, including requested receipts. We check against the market cost + 15% markup
• Clear photos have been taken

We will contact you if a query has been raised on the invoice and the visit will appear on your invoice once resolved.
